La receta de María

BURRITOS


For 2 or 3 persons






                                           INGREDIENTS

Tortillas ( 1pack )
Ground beef ( 1/2 kilo )
Pinto beans
1 lettuce
Cheese
1 or 2 tomatoes
1 onion
Cilantro ( a handfull )
1 lime

STEPS

1. Make the " salsa ": You need: tomato, onion, cilantro and lime.

Chop tomatoes and onion into small squares.
Chop cilantro finely.
Put tomato, onion and cilantro in a bowl.
Squeeze juice of lime in the bowl.
Mix together.

2. 

On one side chop the letuce, just the lettuce.
Shred the cheese.

3. Warm up the beans.

4. Cook the groun beef until there is no more pink.

5. Heat the " tortillas " on the stove. ( low heat )

6. Get a plate. Put the tortilla on the plate. Put the ground beef in the middle. Put pinto beans and the cheese on the ground beef. Put the lettuce and the salsa on top. Then wrap the burrito.

Then.... You eat it!!!     Yumm!!
